Do you ever see one of those recipes that you absolutely have to make the second you see it? That was this pesto goat cheese for me. And it sure lived up to its expectations! I needed something to do with my extra pesto from making this last Sunday and I actually had some leftover goat cheese in the fridge as well, so all I had to do was come home, throw these together and serve with some pita chips. This is a great snack for after work or even fancy enough for a party.
Recipe from 20 something cupcakes:
4 ounces goat cheese
2 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup pesto
Mix until smooth and serve with pita chips, baguette, etc. We had some pretzel crisps as well that went great with this.
